Alyson is a native of North Carolina and has more than twenty-five years of business experience including executive level positions with Sara Lee Corporation and Hanes Brands, Inc. She is currently on the Business and Economics faculty at Salem College where she teaches finance and entrepreneurship. She also serves as the Director of the Salem College Center for Women in Business where she focuses on linking Salem to the external professional community through relevant business programming, networking forums, and helping students secure mentoring opportunities, internships and job

Carolyn Couch

For over 20 years, Carolyn has been coaching individuals and groups in the areas of career transition, planning, and management.

Dr. Dick W. Kracht

With extensive hands-on business experience in Fortune 500 companies, Dick approaches consulting from a real world perspective. His 17 years of coaching experience has allowed him to impact leaders from a variety of global industries including the automotive, pharmaceutical, energy, pulp & paper, textile, telecommunications, packaging, and defense industries as well as from several government agencies.

Harold R. Holmes

Harold served as Associate Vice President and Dean of Student Services at Wake Forest University for a 25 year period ending June 30, 2013. Emeritus status was conferred on him by the University effective July 1, 2013 in recognition of his career accomplishments and contributions.  In that capacity, he served as Chief of Staff for the Division of Student Life.

Joan Hardy Eison

As an organizational development professional and executive coach, Joan Hardy Eison’s diverse professional experience spans a variety of industries including education, membership organizations, banking, manufacturing and non-profit. She has delivered executive coaching in leadership institutes, MBA programs and out-placement career centers.  

Ken White

Ken’s experience is somewhat unique in that he has worked as a human resources professional, a people manager and a recruiter. His in-depth experience in and understanding of how these three functions work together to recruit and retain top talent gives him a wealth of practical application information to share that will be invaluable to the transitioning professional or mentored executive. Ken has always been driven by the job searchers' needs.  His goal is to find out what they want and come as close to the center of their target as possible.

Rae Mackall, SPHR

Rae specializes in areas of leadership and career coaching, organizational development, and transformation/change.  Prior experience includes 20+ years as a Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for a consumer products, apparel, and retail organization. 

Richard S. Miller, Ed.D

Rick has more than twenty years of senior management experience in financial services and healthcare, delivering leadership development programs, facilitating strategic planning programs, designing organizational development initiatives and coaching leaders to better reach their potential. 

Ronnie S. Grabon, SPHR, Board Certified Coach

Ronnie has over 25 years of experience as an Executive Coach, HR leader and teacher. In her practice, she has worked with over 500 leaders in a variety of organizations including: professional services, finance, health care, education, non-profits and retail. Ronnie teaches in the Executive Education program at the Bryan School and the leadership program at Elon Law School.  She also serves as an Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership.

Valerie McMurray, ACC, BCC

Valerie McMurray, principal of NorthStar Consulting Group, has 25 plus years of human capital management experience with leadership roles in human resources, organizational and leadership development, coaching, and training. She has held strategic positions in the manufacturing, distribution, professional services and financial industries.
