In an era where one-on-one outplacement consulting and face-to-face interaction are rare, our counselors continue to place a premium on personal, individualized contact that meets our clients’ needs. WRY maintains a low candidate to counselor ratio — 20:1 compared to the competitive set averaging 60:1. To supplement one-on-one consulting, our Online Career Center (OCC) is provided 24/7 to aid candidates’ job search efforts. Included in the OCC are research tools for targeting companies, networking and e-learning.

Sometimes we feel a bit like Gumby, but it is no joke that we bend over backwards to accommodate your individual needs. We are not bound by the procedures and protocols of the national chains; we do whatever we can to customize your program around the real world and your needs. This can mean putting your program on hold while taking a consulting assignment, working with you from a remote location, meeting off-campus or working with you online.

Through our worldwide business system, Career Partners International (CPI), we have offices in almost every major city in the world. You have access to any of them – for your entire program or simply to use as a local resource. National chains generally limit clients to their company stores in a minimal number of locations.
