The Online Career Center (OCC) is a powerful Internet-based tool that complements WRY support, materials, guidance and group activities. Even before you speak with your WRY career coach or participate in a small-group workshop (if workshops are part of your program) you should begin tapping into the resources of the OCC.

The OCC is the most results-oriented and versatile personal transition program in use today. By partnering interactively, you and your coach are able to keep in touch 24/7 and together build a strategy for an effective job search.

You can work at your own pace, control your own schedule and maintain the critical momentum needed for a job search. Because the OCC is available 24/7, you are free to choose the time that works best for you online. This can also free up precious weekday daytime hours for interviewing and networking.

Weekly training on Online Career Center (or Portal) is conducted each Tuesday at 2 pm Eastern time.

Additional Training is Available for OneSource Business Browser

This course is intended for new Business Browser users or those that require refresher training. The session will provide an opportunity for users to ask questions and learn "hints and tips" in day-to-day use of the Business Browser.
