Joe Young

Joe Young is a Principal of Williams, Roberts, Young, Inc. (WRY), and serves as President. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gardner-Webb University.

Joe is a seasoned executive with considerable experience in Manufacturing and Human Resources organizational planning, executive staffing and employee relations.  His expertise includes the planning and execution of employee development programs, contract services and total outsourced recruitment projects.

Prior to co-founding WRY, Joe directed all Human Resources activities for four operating companies of Sara Lee Corporation (Bali, Aris-Isotoner, Canadelle and Sirena) with 15M employees.
